Atelier Vierkant
Founded in Ghent, Atelier Vierkant is renowned for hand-thrown stoneware planters of exceptional size and refinement. Each vessel is produced in small batches, ensuring individual attention at every stage from clay preparation to the final high-temperature firing.
The Morpho x Atelier Vierkant collaboration introduces exclusive form and glaze combinations — matte stone, volcanic black, aged linen — developed specifically for the collection and unavailable elsewhere. These planters anchor both interior and exterior spaces with sculptural authority.
The production facility operates on 100% renewable energy, and all clay materials are sourced within Europe. Atelier Vierkant pieces carry a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects.
Furniture Partner
Ethnicraft
Ethnicraft is Belgium's leading producer of solid-teak furniture, with workshops in Asia managed to the highest standards of sustainability and fair labour. Their mastery of natural material — the grain, colour variation, and structural integrity of aged teak — is the foundation on which Morpho's furniture range is built.
The Morpho collection includes exclusive Ethnicraft forms including the Volita Dining Chair, Solis Daybed, and the Root Coffee Table — each developed through an extended dialogue between Dieter Vander Velpen's studio and Ethnicraft's master woodworkers. Pieces are finished with natural teak oil and carry a five-year structural guarantee.
Ethnicraft is FSC-certified and a member of the Fair Furniture initiative, ensuring that every purchase directly supports responsible forestry and fair wages throughout the supply chain.
Fixtures Partner
rvb®
rvb® is an Antwerp-based studio specialising in precision-cast brass and bronze fittings for luxury interiors. Their work bridges industrial craft and jewellery-making, producing fixtures of a weight and quality rarely encountered outside bespoke architecture projects.
For Morpho, rvb® supplies the signature brass hardware that appears across the collection — from drawer pulls and shelf brackets to the articulated lamps of the Morpho Lighting series. Each component is cast individually, hand-finished, and marked with the rvb® hallmark. The natural patina that develops with use is considered part of the design.
rvb® pieces are produced in limited production runs, and waiting lists apply for certain finishes. Contact the Morpho team for current availability and lead times.
